How To Refill A Cigar Lighter?

 Refilling a cigar lighter is relatively easy, but you must be careful not to overfill it. Before you begin, make sure that the lighter is empty, and remove any flammable liquids or materials from your work area. Then follow these steps:


Make sure that the wick and wick tube are clean by removing them from the center of the refill port. Use a pipe cleaner or cotton swab dipped in alcohol to wipe away any excess fuel residue.


Place the wick back into its holder and screw it into place. The wick should sit flush with the top of the refill port opening. If it does not, adjust it by turning it clockwise until it seats properly in place.
